In this class / camp, I will teach my students the history of video games. The rise and fall of their popularity over the years and how video games were initially created to be addictive and generate as much money as possible for the sellers of the games. As well as some recommendations for some classic games. 

The first lesson will cover:
- The first retro video games to capture the market.
- The rise of Atari.
- How Nintendo changed gaming forever.
- How role play created complex games allowing players to have tons of choice. 

The second less will cover: 
- The war between Sega and Nintendo to have control of the gaming world.
- The rise of violent video games and the controversy that came with it.
- How the market has evolved today. 
- How the programmers make games addictive to make more money.

*If you do not see a time or date listed for a class that interests you, please message me with a few possible dates and times, and I will do my best to offer a session that will work for your schedule.

*Please be aware I try to teach all of my classes, to at least 2 students as I feel it provides a better teaching and learning experience. If the minimum amount of students is not reached 24 hours before the start of the course, students will be moved to the next available section at a similar time.

*Once a learner has been verified per OS policy, this is a camera optional class.
