En esta clase continua 1:1, llevaré a un estudiante a través del proceso de escritura mientras trabajamos en diferentes tipos de escritura. A medida que avancemos en el proceso, trabajaremos en la gramática y la formación de oraciones y párrafos.

In this 1:1 writing class a student will learn how to use the writing process. We will create a journal to collect topics, brainstorms, and quick writes. The student will be taught different types of writing such as narratives, expository, opinion and even poetry. As we work through the process for each type of writing, students will work on sentence and paragraph formation and grammar. For narrative writing, the student will recount an event in their life while we work on sequencing,...
- The student will learn how to use the writing process to create polished pieces of writing while working on craft and structure.
I have 28 years of experience in teaching elementary students the writing process. Students get so excited when they have a completed piece of writing to share. It feels like such an accomplishment after they have put so much work into one piece of writing. They are real authors!
