Tutoría individual: Preescolar/jardín de infantes: lectura, familias de palabras, vocales y más

Do you feel your child could use a little more help with identifying their short and long vowels? How about word families? Do you wish your child could use more practice putting letter sounds together? 
How about increasing their already budding reading skills?
Do you feel your child needs a more one on one approach to learning to increase those reading skills they have already acquired?
I offer one on one sessions to help your child learn the skills they need to succeed in Pre-K, kindergarten and beyond. 
I can help your child practice vowels, short and long, through fun games.
We will play games using word families such as -an, -ap, -in, -en, _-ob, -un and many more to increase their CVC word knowledge.
We will read short books written by me and increase the size of the book and the words based on your child's abilities.
Our first few sessions will be for assessments to see where your child is at developmentally and discuss what you are looking for in the way of instruction. Are you more concerned about continued reading or getting started? Do they know their letters but are not sure how to put the words together?
For those learners already reading, we will be reading short passages and answering questions for comprehension.
A dry erase board, eraser and dry erase marker or crayon will be needed for our tutoring session. We will not be using these items every class but I would like to have them on hand.
