Nivel Beginner - Intermediate
In this class I will customize our session to best meet the needs of your child. We will practice a variety of skills beginning with the basics of simple letter sounds, rhyming, blending sounds, stretching sounds, comprehension, fluency, etc. The curriculum that I use is fast paced drills that are quick to help keep focus. I will use Power Point Slides for each session. Upon your request, I would be more than happy to share some resources and activities for you to work on with your child.

a. Follow words from left to right, top to bottom, and page by page.b. Recognize that spoken words are represented in written language by specific sequences of letters.

I am a certified teacher with a Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Education (Birth to 3rd grade). I was formally trained by Handwriting Without Tears, as well as Zoo Phonics. I have taught numerous children of all backgrounds in person and online using both Handwriting Without Tears and Zoo Phonics. I have taught Preschool through Kindergarten for 5 years, plus 2 years in older grades, as well as my stepdaughters and my daughter using the Handwriting Without Tears method.
