✏️Welcome! In this class, students will enhance their English/grammar skills through engaging, interactive lessons that make learning enjoyable. With 20 years of classroom experience, I recognize that each student is unique. Over time, I've built a comprehensive toolkit of proven strategies to support diverse learners. Every lesson is tailored to your child’s specific needs, with input from parents. Please share your child’s goals with me, whether it's tackling a difficult concept, completing homework, or preparing for tests.

 ✏️I offer a comprehensive English/grammar curriculum, fully customized to meet your child's individual needs. I can cover a wide range of topics, including all aspects of each part of speech, subject & predicate, capitalization, punctuation, sentence structure, word choice, figurative language, writing skills, and so much more. As a passionate educator, I’m dedicated to making English/ grammar engaging and interactive, while ensuring our sessions remain focused and productive for lasting success.

✏️Your child and I will work together as partners, using a variety of materials such as teacher-created Slides, paper and pencil, and Zoom’s interactive writing tool to explore various concepts and skills. I’ll incorporate diverse strategies, including matching activities, selecting the best answer, drawing, identifying patterns, sentence writing, engaging games, and creating fun mnemonics to reinforce learning, among others. If there is any extra time at the end of each lesson, your child can participate in a fun 'Teach the Teacher' activity to review and reinforce what we've learned.

✏️If you'd like me to focus on homework or test preparation with your child, please email any relevant materials at least 2-3 days in advance. This allows me to plan engaging lessons that effectively support your child's needs.

✏️This is a relaxed, highly engaging class where your child will receive gentle, supportive guidance to help them build confidence, master challenging concepts, and reach their full potential. Lessons are adjusted weekly to meet your child’s changing needs. Please feel free to check in with me regularly to discuss any updates. Optional review materials are available upon request.

✏️Please let me know if you’d prefer sessions longer than 30 minutes or if you'd like to meet more than once a week. If you need a specific day or time that isn't listed, please email me. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule and arrange a session that works for both of us.
