Students must gain confidence and deepen their knowledge of how to operate with fractions and decimals in order to have long-term success as we prepare them for future careers and higher education.

Your learner will receive one-on-one intensive support with adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions and decimals. Your learner will engage with both the content and tutor through slideshow presentations, virtual manipulatives, virtual simulations, games, and real-world examples. Your learner will have opportunities to relate fractions and decimals to different career pathways and real-world contexts like grocery shopping, farming, money management, etc. Your learner will have multiple opportunities to discuss their thinking about fractions and decimals in order to learn how to talk about fractions and decimals in real-world contexts.
