Beginner Level includes: learning correct finger, hand, arm and body placement for learning to type. Students will start learning finger reach method with index and middle finger keys (J, F, Space, U, R, K, D, E, I, C G, N). Progressing through all of the letters with finger reach method with beginning punctuation method. - In this class student will be learning to form words, sentences, paragraphs, punctuation, capitalization, speed drills and games. In this class student will be learning skill builders, accuracy focus, numbers letter numbers, advanced symbols, numeric keypad, advanced wrap up, advanced assessment.
I have been teaching online for about 15 years, and I have a Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning with Technology that I completed in an online program. I am also a Homeschool mom for 20+ years. I have taught multiple students to read, write, type, and various other subjects over the years. I enjoy finding that right method to help students learn best that is unique to them. :)

Frecuencia: incluidoDetalles: Grades are automatic in the typing program we are using. Students are able to see their progress and grades every time they login and complete the assignments.
Student will need a computer with a working keyboard and mouse. It is helpful if student have a keyboard with a numeric keypad available to complete the lesson on using the numeric keypad. Students will also need a second device (phone, computer, tablet) to login to the outschool classroom at the same time as they are logged into typing.com. A printout of the hand placement for each student is available to print if student would like to print it out.
