Out of all the subjects we are taught in our academic careers, we don't see any classes on executive functioning skills, which are the backbone of our educations. In my teaching career, I have taken so much joy in teaching students how to be able to grow in their independence, break down a large project into manageable tasks, as well as showing them how to alleviate stress through proper time management. Depending on the student's goal(s) for class, we may use outside resources such as Nearpod, Canva, and/or Google Suite to create tools together. It is encouraged that students have a Google Account and a Canva Account to be able to participate, but I can share my screen with my account if parent(s) prefer.
No outside sources will be referenced for content in this class.
