Let's write :)!  The main focus for this class is for learners to brainstorm ideas, to transfer their ideas to paper, to write stories, to build stamina with writing, to boost confidence, and to share their writing (stories) with the teacher.  

2-3 minutes- Discuss and brainstorm ideas for a story (fiction/non-fiction, story details, story sequence, etc.).

15-20 minutes- Write a story together, or help with writing a story independently (depending upon the child's writing level).  Proofread story and make corrections where needed (corrections will depend on the writing level of each individual student).

2-3 minutes- Share/review story and discuss what was learned about writing lesson, skills practiced, any other closing thoughts about the story (or writing), and goodbye cheers :).
