In this 8 week Teen Confidence & Affirmations class, your learner will use practical strategies to build self-esteem, manage negative thoughts, and cultivate a positive mindset. Topics covered include self-awareness, positive affirmations, stress management, goal setting, and effective communication. The class is structured with a mix of interactive activities, guided discussions, and reflection exercises to keep teens engaged. My teaching style is supportive, hands-on, and empowering, ensuring a safe space for teens to grow and gain confidence. To begin our class, we'll begin by chatting, getting to know one another, and catching up for the week.
