In this 8 week Teen Confidence & Affirmations class, your learner will use practical strategies to build self-esteem, manage negative thoughts, and cultivate a positive mindset. Topics covered include self-awareness, positive affirmations, stress management, goal setting, and effective communication. The class is structured with a mix of interactive activities, guided discussions, and reflection exercises to keep teens engaged. My teaching style is supportive, hands-on, and empowering, ensuring a safe space for teens to grow and gain confidence.

To begin our class, we'll begin by chatting, getting to know one another, and catching up for the week.

I have extensive experience in teaching personal development and confidence-building techniques to teens.  Over the past five years, I have worked with teens in both group and one-on-one settings, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions focused on building self-esteem, managing stress, and fostering a positive mindset.

My teaching style is compassionate, engaging, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each student, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout the learning process.
