This course covers materials in the 10th grade English standards. This course is a self paced course. Some of the topics covered in this course are: Speaking and Listening Skills Review, Reading Skills, Literary Text Analysis and Literary Terms Devices Review just to name a few. This course covers materials through the use of videos, reading materials and quizzes and chapter exams.

I have over 20 years of teaching experience. I have taught grades K-College level. I taught grades K-6 every subject including Bible and Art and grades 6-College English Language Arts. I've been an online tutor for Social Studies, Writing, ELA, and Science grades 6- College level. I was an Intervention Specialist for grades K-2, 1-5 ESOL and 6-8. I taught ESOL for several years as well. I have been on countless committees such as: Writing Rubric, Social Studies, Writing, Discipline Committee, National Junior Honor Society Advisor, Admissions Chair. I have a master's degree in education along with 80 credits above my master's degree. I come with extensive experience in education and look forward to being your child's teacher.
