Walk and talk about what makes us happy. Confidence boost for both fitness and brain.
 Week 2
Lesson 3
Mile & Smile
Fun walking workout while we think about what makes us Smile.
Lesson 4
Power Mile
The Mile Workout is packed with POWER moves.
 Week 3
Lesson 5
Box and Walk
This mile workout is matched with a shadow boxing workout!
Lesson 6
Get Pumped
Walk while working the upper body.
 Week 4
Lesson 7
Walk and Jump
1 mile of jumping? Get ready to feel the excitement for this mile workout.
Lesson 8
Walk in Australia
Let's do a mile in Australia. Explore and exercise.
 Week 5
Lesson 9
Walk and Stretch
Stretching is important and this slower paced mile will explore muscle groups and stretching.
Lesson 10
Mile Cardio Blast
During this mile there will be cardio blasts of exercises.
 Week 6
Lesson 11
Walk and Play Basketball
We'll play imaginary basketball on today's mile workout.
Lesson 12
A Mini Mile
The quads are going to be worked out while we shrink down for this big mile in mini size.
 Week 7
Lesson 13
Animal Mile
How would animals walk this mile? Lets go and see.
Lesson 14
Mile in South Korea
Lets explore my favorite cities in South Korea while we get a mile of fitness in.
 Week 8
Lesson 15
Walkers Choice
Students choose the exercises for the mile walk every 30 seconds.
Lesson 16
Breathe it Out Mile
Learn how to breathe to help the brain take control of this mile.
  • Get exercise.
  • Students will perform cardio and muscle-building tasks in order to reach their goals.

Detalles: Grades can be offered on request and grades will be based on participation and completing a mile in each class.
Your student will need a small, clutter-free area to perform bodyweight exercises (calisthenics) and area to walk in place.

Please provide your student with a clear, hazard free area.  

Have your student wear loose fitting attire--or gym clothes--with sneakers.

Please provide your student with a bottle of water--or a cup of water--no glass cups, please.

Students may take short breaks, as needed, to catch his/her breath.

Each class will begin with a greeting, a light stretch, and a short warm-up and finish with a cool-down.
