I'll create a personalized curriculum just for your child. I've spent years gathering top-quality workbooks, textbooks, and other resources to better support your child's learning journey. I also have some amazing online manipulatives that can make it easier for your child to understand math concepts. I'll cover a range of topics including: Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and problem solving with those skill areas) Fractions Pre-algebra Geometry Practical Math – Learn essential math skills for everyday life, such as managing a shopping budget, calculating tips and taxes at restaurants, planning and budgeting for vacations, and more. These practical skills will help your child navigate real-world scenarios as they grow older. Sports Statistics – Dive into stats from your favorite sports teams! This engaging approach will help you learn about percentages, decimals, graphs, fractions, and more, all through the lens of sports statistics. Stock Market – Explore the fundamentals of the stock market, including line graphs, percentages, fractions, and the process of purchasing stocks. In more advanced lessons, we'll delve into researching companies, simulate buying stocks, and track their performance using stock market websites. Please don't be intimidated with this topic...I've taught this with younger kids and they LOVE it!
