Teens will complete and share a short Interview INTERVIEW INTRODUCTION. An outline for the interview introduction will be provided to students. Creating and sharing this interview introduction will be very beneficial for teens as they respond to future interview questions. Teens will discover how to respond to interview questions with confidence in this highly interactive private coaching session. Whether preparing for a job interview, school or college admissions, or leadership roles in clubs and organizations, this personalized class equips students with essential interview skills: ✔️ Introduce yourself and make a strong first impression. ✔️ Successfully respond to common interview questions. ✔️ Learn strategies to showcase your unique strengths and talents. ✔️ Answer complex interview questions with thoughtfulness and maturity. ✔️ Master verbal and nonverbal communication skills that reflect confidence. ✔️ Practice interview etiquette and professionalism. Teens will learn public speaking and communication tools that will positively impact future interview experiences. Through personalized interview coaching, teens develop skills to speak with clarity, poise, and confidence in any interview setting. Dr. Julie Connor, Ed.D., is an experienced hiring coach and interviewer. She has served on hiring teams for schools, colleges, companies, and organizations and has taught interview skills in secondary schools and college classrooms. She is the author of an award-winning personal goal-setting book, Dreams to Action Trailblazer's Guide. Dr. Connor is a TED speaker and teaches Outschool public speaking classes.
