1 hora por semana. In addition to 1-on-1 mentoring, students will receive weekly assignments to reinforce what they've learned and to prepare them for the next lesson. Making a great film requires more than just a great idea - it’s about understanding how to bring that idea to life from start to finish. In this 1-on-1 course, your child will work directly with me, an award-winning filmmaker, to explore every aspect of filmmaking: from developing an initial concept, writing a screenplay, directing actors, all the way to distribution strategies. Whether your child is just starting out or already has filmmaking experience, this personalized class is designed to meet them where they are and help them develop their skills. They’ll gain practical insights into how films are made, from both a technical and creative perspective, using real-world examples and lessons from the films and shows I’ve produced globally as well as others from classic movies to the latest films releasing today.

I am an award-winning filmmaker with 17+ years of experience in directing, writing, and producing films across the globe. My career highlights include winning a Best Director award in New York in 2018, co-writing, directing, and producing a remake of Richard Linklater’s Tape, and creating the crime series Forensic Psychologist, which premiered in New York last Summer. I’ve produced projects in the UK, US, Hong Kong, Japan, and more, and my films have been covered by top trade publications such as Variety, Deadline, and The Hollywood Reporter. I’ve also headed the international arm of Hong Kong’s oldest broadcaster, Asia Television (ATV).
