You do not require any previous experience to take this class.

In this class, you will learn what it means to be a leader and how you can become good at it. You will explore your own leadership style and work out ways that you can be comfortable in a leadership role, whilst still accepting your own limitations and bearing in mind that no one is perfect. Anyone can be a leader, you just need to work out your style, and this class will help you lead with confidence.

The class topics will include:

Understanding leadership: What it means to be a leader and the key traits and behaviors of effective leaders.
Developing confidence: Techniques for boosting self-confidence and overcoming self-doubt as a leader.
Leading with integrity: The importance of honesty, ethics, and authenticity in leadership.
Communicating effectively: Techniques for effective verbal and nonverbal communication as a leader.

*Please be aware I try to teach all of my classes to at least 2 students as I feel it provides a better teaching and learning experience. If the minimum amount of students is not reached 24 hours before the start of the course, students will be moved to the next available section at a similar time.
