Created by Zumba and BabyFirst, the Zumbini program combines music, dance and educational tools for children ages 3-5 of can’t-stop, won’t-stop playing, learning, and fun! Taught by a licensed Zumbini Instructor, each class consists of singing Zumbini original songs, dancing with and without scarves, and playing a musical instrument! Children will develop balance and rhythm by enhancing motor skills and learning to bounce to the beat, enhance their cognitive skills by simulating both sides of the brain, and develop emotional and language skills through dancing, moving, feeling, and singing.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Dance and a Master's Degree in Teaching. I have been a licensed Zumbini Instructor since 2018.
A scarf (dish towel, burp rag, or a shirt will work too!) as well as one of the following; sticks, egg shakers, drums. They can be wooden spoons, rattles, pots, or homemade instruments! Throw on some comfy clothing to move around in and you're good to go!
