Class will start with an introduction for the first few minutes and then move into a fun warm up, followed by stretch exercises! We will go over some basic jazz and hip hop moves and then learn a high energy routine to a song from "Zombies 2." We'll finish off the class with some Zombies Trivia and freeze dance! This class is great to work on rhythm/coordination in an encouraging and stress free environment! No dance experience necessary. As a teacher, my goal is to meet kids where they're at and bring out the best in them! Students are welcome to wear dance clothes, costumes or any clothing that is comfortable to dance in.
