Class Experience

As a K-1 teacher for 25 years - this is a daily routine that my students loved and absolutely learned their basic skills effortlessly.
From time to time, there will be activities that we don't have time to complete - that can be optionally completed at home.
 1 file available upon enrollment
Each child needs to have a dedicated folder for our class - to keep handouts in especially the Calendar. Basic materials - Crayons, pencil, glue, scissors, white board; folder/box/bin to keep Zero the Hero Some sort of same size counters - 100 - unifix cubes, legos (same size), buttons, etc... please keep in a ziplock A collection of various real coins - a least 10 dimes, 5 nickels, 1 quarter, 25 pennies Great but not required - a plastic analog clock;
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
2 hours 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
There will be some materials to have printed prior to certain sessions and some special supplies on for the 10th Days.
Your child may enjoy watching this Zero the Hero SchoolHouse Rock on YouTube but it is not required.
