I assess as we go along. I like looking at their projects and offer suggestions as needed. I also give feedback to the parents after each class telling of the student's strengths and offer suggestions on things that may need improvement.Class Experience
This class is a real self-gratifying class. Students usually feel pretty confident with the finished project. My classes are relaxed and student feel free to engage and ask questions. I will get us started by step-by-step examples. As the students gets the hang of using zentangles, they can choose their own zentangle patterns or even create their own. Zentangle are unplanned patterns. Most zentangles are done with black ink, or black markers makers on white paper. Creating Zentangles, has a very therapeutic feel. The ideas of things to add zentangles are endless. Zentangles can be put on pottery, wood, fabric, paper, and many other things. In this class we will be add zentangles to a valentine project. No required experience necessary. I look forward to having your child in my classroom.
