Students will learn how to solve two step equations in this class. The teacher will explain the point of solving and the vocabulary around solving equations. Students will then work through solving one step equations using a fun rhyme created by the teacher followed by examples of two step equations. Students will leave class with a firm foundation in solving two step equations. This is an introductory class. If your child has been exposed to solving multistep equations, this class will be too easy.

I am a math teacher excited to be teaching outside of a traditional classroom. I have been teaching for 16 years and have diverse experience and a M.Ed in Mathematics Education. I have taught middle school, high school, and at the university level. I believe that all students can learn math and be successful in math.
