Key steps. - Light and Shadow Learners will pinpoint the...
Learners will be able to understand and be able to apply these steps - light and shadow, shapes, shading - to their own drawings at home.
I graduated from Grand Central Atelier in New York City where I was trained to draw and paint realistically in a traditional way. While I usually draw realistically, I also enjoy using this approach to draw in different styles. My goal is to teach children the tools of drawing and give them the opportunity to practice applying them so that they will be able to draw what they want independently
Some learners may need to finish their drawings at home if they need more time, like I always do! Optional: Learners are encouraged to use the techniques they learned in class to their own drawings.
