In this one time course, students will use various household supplies to build a sleigh for Santa. Students can use supplies such as coffee filters, pipe cleaners, paper, cardboard, toilet paper rolls, popsicle sticks, etc. We will start the class by looking at pictures of different sleighs and discussing their various parts. Then, we will use paper and writing utensil to brainstorm and design what our sleigh will look like. After we have each designed a sleigh, we will start building. During...
A wide variety of house hold materials such as: - coffee filters - cardboard - construction paper - pip cleaners - popsicles sticks - egg cartons - markers - etc. Students will need glue or tape to fasten items together!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Glue and Scissors may be used in this class.
