What's included
2 live meetings
2 in-class hoursHomework
1 hour per week. You'll need to bake and frost your sweet rolls after class. Once they're done we'd love if you could share a photo of you (and your family) enjoying the treat so we can see the amazing results.Class Experience
In this class I will teach you how to make award winning cinnamon rolls. Day 1: we will make the dough, and then let it rest in the fridge overnight. Day 2: we will get to shape teh dough and prep for baking. Then we'll make the orange glaze so it's ready after you bake those sweet buns. By the evening of day two you'll be able to bake your rolls, let them cool and frost them with that glaze/frosting we stored away. This recipe is one of our very favorites and I promise you'll love it too! Before starting this class it is helpful if students have a basic knowledge of kitchen measures (or a helper standing by). Just a note: our first day of this class tends to go a few minutes long while the second day tends to go a few minutes short. It all evens out but hopefully knowing that helps with your planning.
