Class experience
In this class I will teach you how to make authentic homemade croissants. Day 1: we will make the dough and teach learners how to complete the lamination process. Then let it rest in the fridge overnight. Day 2: we will roll the dough and form our croissants (with filling if desired) and set out two raise. By the evening of day two you'll be able to bake your rolls, let them cool and enjoy! This recipe is one of our very favorites and I promise you'll love it too! Before starting this...
I have been baking for over 20 years and have won multiple compitions for baked goods.
