2 live meetings
1 hrs 30 mins in-class hoursHomework
1-2 hours per week. You'll need to bake your rolls after class. Once they're done we'd love if you could share a photo of you (and your family) enjoying the treat so we can see the amazing results.Class Experience
In this class I will teach you how to make authentic homemade croissants. Day 1: we will make the dough and teach learners how to complete the lamination process. Then let it rest in the fridge overnight. Day 2: we will roll the dough and form our croissants (with filling if desired) and set out two raise. By the evening of day two you'll be able to bake your rolls, let them cool and enjoy! This recipe is one of our very favorites and I promise you'll love it too! Before starting this class it is helpful if students have a basic knowledge of kitchen measures (or a helper standing by). Note: day one of this class tends to go 5-10 minutes over and day two 5-10 minutes under so please be prepared for a little wiggle room. Thanks!
