Description
Class Experience
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Bring your hula hoop, water bottle, workout clothes, and have plenty of space to move freely. Outside with sport shoes is great, if possible, inside and barefoot is also expectable given there is plenty of space. Your child should be supervised to be sure they are being safe for their bodies and in their given space. I will spend a few minutes warming them up with subtle movements and cooling them down with gentle stretching at the end and beginning of class.
