Youth Fun Fitness: Afternoon (Intro to Cheerleading) Session 3

Description
Class Experience
Cheerleading students will learn all of the basic cheerleading motion technique; arm motions, jumps, and being able to create a cheer and performance in preparation for there final assessment day.
The youth are my passion! I have over 10 years of teaching youth fitness classes. I love making a positive difference in as many childrens lives as i can through, education , or fitness! I want to make sure i install in each and every child that enters my classes, knowing they can be beyond great, in not only extra curricular activities, but in any and everything they do! My Moto: "Believe, Work Hard, and Never Give Up!" I Don't Want You To Be Average, Okay, or Just Good, I Want You To Be BEYOND GREAT in any and everything you do!
They will have a introduction discussion. Who they are , If this is there first time taking a class like this before, why they chose this class, and one thing they would like to master in this class. They will be giving practice sheet on what we will be learning throughout the 4 weeks to practice as homework for the final class. Preparation and guidance, on a 30 sec -1 min fun and unique final cheer that the student will create and able to show off to there other classmates and teacher what they learned throughout the four weeks. Study guide sheet on the skills they will learn and what i will test them on to demonstrated on week 4.
1 file available upon enrollmentIntro to basic cheerleading class supply list: 1. Water bottle 2.Yoga mat, if you would like for comfort. 3. Comfortable clothes, 4. Closed toe sneakers, 5. Hair in ponytail, 6. Space big enough to step 4 steps right, left, front, and back.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
A fun and unique final performance that the student will put together to show the other classmates and teacher what they learned throughout the four weeks. The final test will be on the last day of class ( week 4) on the demonstration skills sheet on what they have learned throughout the 4 weeks. Upon completion they will receive a certificate via email PDF to be printed out! As there accomplishment.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Please note 1.)This is a physical fitness activity class, and every parent must sign the waiver form for your child to participate into this class. 2.) The Parent must be there to assist the student and oversee their safety during the class. Please contact me if you have any questions! :) I do have office hours via email or class discussion for any questions, comments,or concerns every Tuesday and Friday!
