Class Experience

Students  will learn the basic fundamental  and foundation of cheerleading . The  intro to cheerleading is a level 1  basic  cheerleading class  that is fully interactive,  learning, and doing skills and techniques of cheerleading. 

Cheerleading : Cheerleading motions, Jumps, Personality, and  how to  creating a original cheer. 
Week 1:  cheer motions 
Week 2:  cheer motions, jumps 
Week 3: cheer motions, jumps 1  cheer, 1st part of dance  
Week 4: cheer motions , jumps, 2 cheers,  2nd part of dance
Week 5: review cheer motions, jumps, 2 cheers and  create a cheer of your choice for test day 
Week 6:assessment day!

Learning Goals

Cheerleading students will learn all of the basic cheerleading  motion technique for   arm motions, jumps,  and  being able to create a  cheer and performance in  preparation for there final assessment day.

Parental Guidance
Please note 1.)This is a physical fitness activity class, and every parent must sign the waiver form for your child to participate into this class. 2.) The Parent must be there to assist the student and oversee their safety during the class. Please contact me if you have any questions! :) I do have office hours via email or class discussion for any questions, comments,or concerns every Tuesday and Friday!
Supply List
Intro to  basic cheerleading class supply list: 
1. Water bottle 
2.Yoga mat, if you would like for comfort. 
3. Comfortable clothes, 
4. Closed toe sneakers, 
5. Hair in ponytail,
 6. Space big enough to step 4 steps right, left, front, and back.
