In this 45 minute class, students will participate in a read aloud called “You’re my Little Bunny” When finished reading, students will then learn how to draw a bunny step-by-step. When our drawings are done, students will color their very own unique creation and share their master pieces!

Hello! I am Teacher Maddy! I teach reading, math and I enjoy doing art activities.
I have worked in the public school system for three years as a paraprofessional. I have worked in the first grade classrooms and I am currently in the SPED room. In my class I have grade levels K-4th. I hold my Associates of Applied Science in Child Development along with a Certification of Child Development. I am currently working in my Bachelors for Elementary Education.
I like to make learning fun and engaging for my students! I really enjoy doing hands on learning. I have seen A LOT of growth with my students since we began doing hands on learning. Allowing them to be involved and really engage has allowed them to relate what we are learning to their daily lives which helps them remember a lot of what we have learned. As a bonus they have a lot of fun and look forward to coming to class!
