Description

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Learners will learn and identify SIMILE, METAPHOR, HYPERBOLE, ALLITERATION, and RHYME in a song, then create their own verse.
Classroom teacher in the state of Texas for 5th and 6th grade English for 5 years. 
Draw a picture of your Grinch and post it to the classroom!
 1 file available upon enrollment
A one-page handout will be provided in the welcome message to print out.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Lesson will be taught on Google slides through shared screen and pdf of handout will be given to complete.
