We expect students to know what to write and how to write it. But, have we ever given them a "job description" of their responsibility to the reader and how to accomplish that? In this one time class, the learner will explore their goals as a writer and more importantly how to accomplish that. A summary of that "job description" will be posted in the classroom so they will retain the information we discuss.
