Launch your kid's coding interest with an engaging introduction to coding - no coding experience required! Those with coding experience are, of course, welcome too! This course will incorporate "missions" with an animal theme to engage students in learning.

Through interactive activities, we will introduce the basics and the core concepts of coding, helping your child create their very own video game using Codeverse's interactive platform!

Our first game together will use concepts including [variables] and [methods] that will introduce our learners to the programming language of KidScript, the first programming language built for kids.  These basic concepts will set up your learner to keep coding after our time together is done!

After we have completed the basics of the game together, we will move onto customizations where each learner can make their game unique and be able to work at their own pace.  At the end of class, kids can share their creation with the class, and then send their game to any cell phone number for your family to play around the dinner table!
