Class experience
After introduction of learners, we will learn how to make a calming item and the class will watch as a real gem is placed in a real water fountain, one for each learner! We will learn new breathing techniques and this will all be in the first ten minutes of class. Then we will start learning our yoga poses. Watching and copycatting the instructor is how we will learn! With permission, we will read Mindful Monkey, Happy Panda which is one of the most relatable and exquisite stories...
This class is taught in English.
Monkey pose, panda pose, and more will be learned! The children will learn how to make the calming item and learn what kind of mind they should strive to have as they grow.
A bandana or scarf, yoga mat and a small stuffed animal are needed.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No parental supervision is necessary as we will be doing no poses on our heads or necks because they are still growing. Please have a large space and a yoga mat, bare feet are necessary. Water Bottle is optional.
