Beginner Level
In this first introductory level ASL class, students will learn foundational words, phrases, and sentences to get them started in having conversations in American Sign Language. Students will learn ASL vocabulary on various topics like family, places, emotions, hobbies, colors, time, and much more! The class will start with a review of concepts previously learned, interactive presentation of new material, then a reflection and what's ahead. I will utilize PowerPoint slides to keep the class on track. The class does require students to be on camera the whole time and ready to sign. Songs, games, videos, and pictures will be included, so come ready to have a good time learning the beautiful ASL. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A PRIVATE CLASS, PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE OR SEE THE You Can Sign!
