Description
Class Experience
Students will learn how to make crust from scratch, difference between pre-baked or un-baked pie shell and why a recipe will ask for one or the other. Students will make a seasonal pie in class and learn techniques for the different fillings
Mixing bowl pastry cutter or 2 butter knives Rolling pin Pastry/Rolling mat Flour salt cold water 1 stick cold butter Pie Filling Ingredients to be posted Soon!
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
