Description
Class Experience
Students will learn the importance of self-acceptance and how this helps to be their best self.
I have over 20 years experience in practicing mindfulness meditation and over 10 years teaching it. I have led guided meditation in many contexts and with different ages that include affirmation and "self-acceptance", which along with relaxation and stress-reduction are fundamental elements of mindfulness meditation. I have also taught reflection skills to adults, children, university students and faculty.
Please bring a paper and pen or pencil to the class.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
