Class Experience
Students will learn Iyengar Yoga
I have been a certified Yoga instructor for 2 years but have practiced for 8 years.
Yoga mat or towel. Yoga block Towels or bolster Chair Quiet, uncluttered space to practice
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
