"Yoga With Kung Fu Cowgirl"(中/English Age 3-8)One Time
What's included
1 live meeting
30 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
“Move with Kung Fu Cowgirl” is taught bilingually in both Chinese and English, and combines movements from yoga postures and general cardiovascular exercises. I teach students to become aware of their breath through breathing exercises, use their imaginations through storytelling combined with movement, and calm their minds and emotions through meditation. I like to be friends with children, and I engage them with silliness, energy, stretching, jumping and laughing with them. Let the children have fun with me and learn through movement and games. I design a series of yoga movements and characters around a new theme each week. According to these characters, I lead your child into a series of challenging but fun poses that accompany interesting stories. Each class includes: games, warm-ups, yoga moves, animal/character imitation and imagination exercises. See below for the schedule!
