Class Experience

Yoga mat ( Not required ) 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

1. Prepare a bottle of water and a yoga mat. 

2. Wear comfortable sports clothing that take into account your comfort and ease of movement. No shoes or socks.

3. Attend yoga class on an empty stomach. Practicing yoga with a full belly could cause stomachache, bloating and gas. As a general rule, try not to eat anything within 45Mins before class.
