Description
Class Experience
We will begin by discussing what yoga is, and then go through a pose for each letter of the alphabet. The yoga poses will be taught in a simple manner with easy terms for children to understand. As the yoga practice ends there will be time for guided relaxation and medication. I will teach by showing an example of the pose, and then watching and assessing the children's poses. I have am certified to teach children's yoga from Cosmic kids yoga and sometimes follow the story telling method...
Children will learn one pose per letter of the alphabet so that they can begin or continue their yoga journey. Learners will also learn poses for flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
I have been trained in children's yoga in a way that helps to prevent injury prevention, however, even when young children are properly supervised during exercise, there is a chance of potential injury. Please be advised of such potential harm, and always ask a doctor if you are not sure if a particular exercise or program is appropriate for your child. Do not allow your child to do any exercise that puts weight on their head or neck, and make sure that they have the proper space to move around. If it the parent's responsibility to provide the proper in person supervision that young children need.
