In this ocean-themed yoga workout, learners will engage in exercises via stretches/yoga poses. A combination of these will assist in developing body awareness, mindfulness, coordination, flexibility and balance. All exercises, stretches, and poses are modifiable for learners without advanced technique. We all start somewhere! Each week, we'll introduce a new workout inspired by creatures and objects of the ocean. Varying exercises and regions of the body targeted encourages growth and balance throughout the body.

Parental Guidance
All exercises will be age-appropriate and taught by a certified personal trainer. However, please be close by for learners to reach out should they feel faint/dizzy, excessively tired, or injured.
