Welcome to the Yoga & Mindfulness Lessons Program Description: -Helping Children to Become Heathier! -In this class each week Hartha Yoga will be taught in a structured manner where the student will learn how to practice yoga and incorporate play into the practice. The class will begin with meditation and breathing practices. From breathing to meditation we will move into warm-up poses and standing poses, once the students are warmed up and stretched we will begin to end class with cool-down stretching and breathing. - What is Hartha yoga? This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. - This program is offered throughout the year Program Requirement: -Learners should have their videos turned on for the full duration of the class for the instructor to support the learners with their stretchers and to run the program in accordance with the Outschool class policies. Program Policies: -Learners meet once a week. -This is a subscription-based class, so you will be charged every week to save your seat for the following week. -All Ongoing classes have a standard refund policy: "Cancel subscription at any point, no refund for past subscriptions. Payments can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase."

Parental Guidance
We will be practicing a series of yoga poses, students will need an open workout space (enough room to stretch out both arms)
A water bottle if needed
Parental supervision is requested if you feel that is necessary.

Supply List
A yoga mat is encouraged and a space that is clear of toys and furniture.

Since Childhood I was on medicine like acidity, but unfortunately it became ulcer at later stage, then I got to know about Yoga , and start learning. Not I got rid of medicines, I actually felt more energetic, then I did training and became a instructor, So why I am here is if I would have known
about Yoga before , I wish I would have not had that much medicines in my childhood. What I have learnt , I want to share with you all, and trust me Yoga is not journey of weight loss , Yoga is complete exercise of body and mind , it works internally . Attend one session , your perception will be changed.
