Student's should finish this 4 day camp with a better understanding of the true meaning of yoga. They will have been taught strategies to use when feeling anxious, overly excited or upset. If your child spends time outside of class practicing yoga postures (poses), by the end of this course they should also have improved flexibility and increased their strength. My hope is your child enjoys the camp and uses what they have learned to better their life.
