This beginner class is focused on breathing and learned basic yoga poses. This quiet class is focused around breathing and finding inner peace balance. Student will follow the teacher in a basic sub salutation series to warm up. The teacher will then guide students through beginning yoga poses and encourages deep breathing throughout posing holds. Students will learn deep breathing techniques while holding various poses. Students will increase self body awareness while engaging in basic yoga flow.
There is no homework for this class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance is recommended due to potential for injury due to the physical nature of the class. An open area is recommended for completing this class.
