Kids learn best when they are having fun. This class allows for wiggles and movement as well as times to be still and focus on one thing. Each class will cover breathing, meditation, mindfulness, yoga dance songs, yoga poses and a sequence of poses. This class follows the Kidding Around Yoga program to bring mind-body awareness to school-aged kids in a fun and creative way that meets kids at their level. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, it is not required. A towel or simply sitting on the carpet works too.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
