Yoga for Little Learners

In this weekly classes students will explore a wide variety of yoga poses through specific themes connected to stories and music to help them keep their body's moving in a fun way!

Class experience

Students will learn about the different ways they can move their body in a fun and interactive way. 
I am also a qualified yoga instructor! I have 200 hrs in vinyasa yoga and 25 hours in kids yoga. I also practice yoga and mindfulness on a (almost) daily basis and am always looking for more ways to improve my technique.
- a space to practice in
- comfy clothes
- a nonslip mat (like a yoga mat)
- a blanket or pillow to cozy up with at the end of each class 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Safety and privacy are our top priorities. This class involves physical movements that could have potential hazards including, but not limited to, injuries to muscles, joints or tendons can occur if students are not properly stretched (which we will do during class) or are not listening to the instructions provided. Students will also require an open space to practice in to allow for safe movement, indoor running shoes or trainers if needed, and access to a water bottle if needed. It is also important that students wear comfy but well fitting clothing. Clothing that is too tight can cut off blood circulation to specific body parts. Clothing that is too loose can get in the way and cause falls or injuries.
