Class Experience

Students will learn breathing techniques, stretches, body weight exercises, and yoga poses with modifications. 
I have been a certified Children's Yoga Instructor (through Circle Yoga's "Budding Yogis") since 2010, and I use my personal home yoga practice for mindfulness and as recovery from strenuous bicycle rides. In addition to my yoga experience, I spent two decades working as a gymnastics instructor and choreographer, and have developed curriculum in the areas of yoga, gymnastics, trampoline, parkour, and agility. I was Safesport certified in 2017.   
Supplies: Yoga mat Small hand towel Dressed in easy-to-move-in clothing with an elastic waist band
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
