This is a 1:1 session where the student will practice Yoga adapting the movements to what they can do, helping their bodies gain flexibility, coordination and balance at their own pace.

Class experience

***This is a session to help your child improve coordination, balance, gain self esteem so they can join a group session, using games, dances and exercise routines. It is not intended to be offered as therapeutic support for learners suffering from chronic anxiety or anxiety disorders. The tips that are offered are to help children with day to day anxiety or stress.***

Hello, I am Diana Vivas, I am a Kidding Around Yoga certified Instructor, founder of Imagine, Move & Create, the place that helps kids have fun while connecting with their mind and body and I am also a Zumbini Certified Instructor. I have been helping families for more than 15 years organizing routines that included creative movement, math, reading and listening comprehension, when I looked for a Mindful program to incorporate in my activities I noticed there weren’t many for younger children so I decided to get certified in Yoga for children and teach it myself. I work with children using hands on exploration through social interaction, encouraged by music and using nature to help children learn about their environment.
Even though my mayor is in International Business, my passion is working with children and learning along the way with them.

Students should practice this class in an area clear of toys, furniture or objects, with room to move freely around the mat. There is no need for additional supplies or materials for this session.

Students might want to practice the poses after class or show what they learned to parents and relatives, Please make sure that adult supervision is provided at all times.
