This is a beginner’s Yoga class, students should wear comfortable clothes, barefoot ( best option) or socks with grips. A Yoga mat is recommended with non slip flooring. Students should practice this class in an area clear of toys, furniture or objects, with room to move freely around the mat.
Don’t forget to have a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
It will be helpful for me if you use the biggest screen you have and place it high not on the floor and with an angle so I will be able to see what the Yogis are doing.

Hello, I am Diana Vivas, I am a Kidding Around Yoga certified Instructor, founder of Imagine, Move & Create, the place that helps kids have fun while connecting with their mind and body and I am also a Zumbini Certified Instructor. I have been helping families for more than 15 years organizing routines that included creative movement, math, reading and listening comprehension, when I looked for a Mindful program to incorporate in my activities I noticed there weren’t many for younger children so I decided to get certified in Yoga for children and teach it myself. I work with children using hands on exploration through social interaction, encouraged by music and using nature to help children learn about their environment.
Even though my mayor is in International Business, my passion is working with children and learning along the way with them.
