Students will learn yoga belly breathing, visualizations, and beginning poses, with a focus on calming the body down before sleep. We begin with yoga breathing, stretching, and a calming yoga story that we create and make poses along with. This class is interactive and students should engage with each other and the teacher! They will focus on breathing into, stretching, and relaxing themselves before bedtime. No previous yoga experience necessary!
Learning Goals
Students will improve their ability to settle into their own breathing, postures, and imagination with teacher’s guidance and a fun and positive environment! They will find a coziness within their postures, and be able to use the practice before a nap, or night's rest!

Parental Guidance
Please have a water bottle, a yoga mat ( optional), and come barefoot.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
