Description
Class Experience
This class will be a chock full of fun and interaction. Kids will learn how yoga can build and tone your muscles, move your body to the music. We will start with the basic yoga poses and add on as learners are ready. I will teach how young ones can increase your muscle strength ,and help build strong bones and keep your body flexible. In this class, I will focus on mostly balancing postures, which include, tree pose, Warrior three, eagle and many more. This class can be challenging but I...
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parent please be advised of potential hazards. An open workout space will be needed, yoga is usually done in barefoot on a non slip mat or surface. . Parents should be aware that injuries that can occur if not properly supervised .
